ARTICLE IV
Right to Life, Liberty and Security of the Person
- Every person shall have the right to life. No person shall be deprived of his or her life intentionally save in accordance with national law.
- No person shall be deprived of his or her personal liberty or the security of his or her person except by due process of law.
